The Basic Payment
Entitlements for the land will be available to purchase for the sum of £3,388 in addition to the auction price.
The Land is the subject of an ELS/HLS agreement AG00246348 which expires on 30th March 2018. It will be a condition of the contract that the purchaser agrees to abide by the management prescriptions of the scheme.
We are advised that the Vendor received a stewardship payment of £4,683.34 in 2014/5 and an SPS payment of £3,072.59
The land is in good heart with the benefit of a natural water supply. The land is accessed from Ashes Farm. A numbers of walls have been rebuilt as part of the existing HLS Scheme.
