A Conversion Opportunity is an existing building that has planning consent, or the potential of being granted planning consent, for an alternative use. With a Conversion Opportunity the existing building remains, with alteration and/or extension work being undertaken to create a building for an alternate use to the original one.

• Who Can Advertise On UKLR?
UKLR is open to any Individual or Organisation with Land or Development Opportunities for sale.
There are no barriers to directly advertising your Development Opportunities with UKLR.
In addition the prices offered to Individuals and Organisations are the same as those offered to Agents.
• How Much Does It Cost?
UKLR believes in fair pricing.
For this reason we only charge £10 per listing, plus VAT.
We also offer Annual and Volume Discounts.

• How Long Do I Have To Sign Up For?
There is no minimum period, as UKLR offers a rolling contract.
Subscriptions are offered monthly or annually, providing complete flexibility to reflect your marketing needs.

• What Is a Conversion Opportunity?
UKLR defines a Conversion Opportunity as follows:
A Conversion Opportunity is an existing building that has planning consent, or the potential of planning consent, for an alternative use. With a Conversion Opportunity the existing building remains, with alteration and/or extension work being undertaken to create a building for an alternate use to the original one.
• Which Properties Can Be Advertised As a Conversion Opportunity?
Any property that has, or the potential of having, planning consent for change of use.
UKLR reserves the right to make the final decision on whether any listing fits this criteria.
• What Criteria Does It Have To Meet To Be Accepted?
The building must have the potential to be used for an alternate purpose to the existing one.
Eg. This may be a house to be converted into flats, or flats to be converted into one residence.  A barn, hospital, school, mill or other building that has the potential to be converted for an alternate use, eg into residential or office units.
What Information Is Required When Listing a Conversion Opportunity?
All the information required when listing land, eg seller and planning details.
When inputting a Conversion Opportunity a further drop down box will appear.
This box requests previous use and intended/potential use information, and must be completed.
